Q. How long will the repair take?

A. Same day repair on most repairs.

Q. How long have you been doing this type of work?

A. I've been doing Micro soldering for 5 years.

Q. I don't have a vehicle can you pick up or drop off?

A. Yes, we offer pickup and drop-off for a small fee.

Q. When doing the repair will you clean the console too?

A. If it is a repair that requires the complete teardown of the console, yes. 90% of the time it is a complete teardown, and we clean all the dust out and replace the Thermal Paste or clean the liquid metal oxidation. if you are not sure if this will be done to your console and you want it done, please let us know ahead of time. 

Q. How much do you charge for the repair?

Q. How much do you charge if you can't fix my console?

A. We won't charge you a penny if we can't fix your console.

Q. Is there a warranty on the repair?

A. yes most repairs come with a 30 day warranty. Please reach out to us if you are unsure. We will let you know if there is no warranty prior to doing the work.
